Customized Services
If you want to take your website or design to the next level, look no further than Rebecca Rafferty Design LLC's Customized Services. Pick and choose specific services (A La Carte) or select a Web Design package. A La Carte services can be combined with the web design packages in order to deliver the most customized solution. I offer a free 1 hour consultation to make sure it's a good fit.
Web Design Packages
If you want a customized website and are looking for end-to-end services, the web design packages are a great option for you. There are 3 tiers. As you move up, you get higher levels of visual design, features, strategy, and support.
I'm happy to discuss modifying or creating custom packages to fit your goals and budget. The starting price listed below represents the typical investment, but it may be more or less depending on the complexity, timeline, number of involved parties, etc.
Main Web Platforms: Wix & Squarespace

*All packages include: Email support during agreed upon project duration + 10 business days after project (related to the services/deliverables in your package) and assistance with domain set-up.
*Any services not listed in these packages will be discussed to determine feasibility.
A La Carte
The A La Carte options can be selected individually, combined in a customized package, or used as add-ons to the Web Design packages.
How It Works
The specifics may vary depending on whether you choose A La Carte services or a Web Design package.
1. Free Consultation
We have a 1 hour virtual meeting so I can get an overview of your business and project goals. You can ask me any questions you have about my services, process, skills, etc. If it’s a good fit, we can move forward with onboarding.
2. Onboarding
After our free consultation, I'll send you a proposal and contract (I can send you multiple proposal options if desired), and onboarding questionnaire. Once the onboarding questionnaire responses are received, we can start your project.
3. Project Kick Off: Discover & Define
During this phase, I’ll complete the competitive analysis, branding, and determine the structure/features of your design. Any A La Carte UX Design services are also completed during this phase. We’ll have a project meeting to review these items before I start your website/final design.
4. Website Build or Other Final Design
I’ll build your website or create your final design. For the Web Design services, I specialize in Wix and Squarespace. For UX/UI design, I specialize in Figma. I can send you 1-2 pages to review before moving onto the rest of the design.
5. Revisions & Finishing Touches
I value your feedback and use this plus any results from user testing (if you choose to use this) to revise your final design. For the Web Design packages, I offer 1-2 rounds of revisions.
6. Project Handoff & Support
After your final design is done, I’ll handoff your project to you. We’ll meet and I can answer any questions about updates, your domain name, etc. I’ll provide information on how to get in touch if you need extra support or want services in the future. For Web Design packages, I offer a support period. During this time, I'll implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and you can reach out with any final questions about your project.
FAQ
How long will my project take?
The estimated time for the Web Design Packages (up to 4 pages) are: Bronze: 3-4 weeks Silver: 4-6 weeks Gold: 6-8 weeks Your site may take more or less time depending on a variety of factors including how much content is ready ahead of time, your availability for meetings, the complexity of your website, and if you request additional pages. The timeframe for A La Carte services vary depending on what combination of services you choose and the type and level of complexity of the project. During the Onboarding phase, we’ll discuss and define the scope and duration for your project.
What tools and platforms do you use?
I specialize in Wix and Squarespace for web design. For User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design, I specialize in Figma for the black and white drafts (wireframes) and high-fidelity color mockups and prototypes. I can also use Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit graphic elements and photographs. For the brainstorming and concept creation, I usually use Miro or Figjam. I typically use the Google Suite for contracts and other project documentation. If you don’t see your tool or platform of choice, please reach out. I’m open to using other tools and/or could possibly recommend someone else who could help, and would be happy to discuss this with you!
How do your User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) A La Carte services differ from your Web Design services?
The User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) services are done prior to the actual web design. They help ensure that the idea behind the design is sound and prepare us for the final web design by creating a blueprint for the structure, visual design and function. Some User Experience services are included with the Web Design packages. Alternatively, you can purchase these A La Carte.
