UX/UI Design

1. User Persona

Refined idea of target user(s) after research. Develop a profile that includes bio, demographic information, personality, goals, motivations, pain points, etc.

2. User Journey

Diagram showing user’s potential experience/interaction while using the website (product). Helps guide the task flow to accommodate user needs/goals and address pain points.

3. User Insight and Problem Statement

Reveals user needs and how the website(product) can benefit them along with any challenges they may face when using it.

4. Brainstorming and Feature Prioritization

Generate website (product) ideas and then narrow down what features to include based on complexity and priority.

5. User Flow or Information Architecture

Diagram or site map to show path when using website (product), and outline navigation. Create structure and hierarchy for content.

6. Mid-Fidelity Wireframes (Desktop and Mobile)

Create blueprint (draft) of what website (product) will look like. No colors or fine details.

7. High-Fidelity Prototype (Desktop and Mobile)

Prototype with color, detail, and interactions between screens and elements. This will more or less look and feel like the final website (product).
